From Bubbles to cabins

What a week! Having spent a night sleeping under the stars in a Bubble Room in Spain, I've now come north to Yorkshire for a night in a log cabin with a 'living roof' planted with sedum. Volvo is introducing the new XC90, and has chosen a venue close to nature and Swedish in style, except that it's here in the UK in the Yorkshire Dales.

The cabins are set in a lush valley which seems to be awash with very active rabbits. They constantly rush about in the grass, with their white tails bobbing like beacons in the dusk. A pond is swarming with tadpoles, and the area is rich in bird life.

We had dinner this evening in a large yurt with a roaring log fire in the centre, so what better treat afterwards than marshmallows toasted in the flames.

Back home early tomorrow, to spend the rest of the day writing about all the week's driving activities.
