167 Streak

Despite being reminded by LilShaz that today was National Running Day I still somehow contrived to not make time to go for a trot. 4 days without a run out now and the voices in my head are getting restless!

Tonight I spent the evening teaching a friend from my local athletics club how to use his Nikon DSLR camera out of auto mode. He invited me to share dinner with him and his family which was lovely.

A few glasses of vin rouge later and with all camera talk done, I headed home along the quiet Loughton streets. Playing with the hdr setting on my phone I captured the streaking 167 bus as it sped past me.
