NAS

As well as rebuilding my computer this week, I decided to install a Network Attached Storage (NAS) drive to back up all my data and photographs.  The desk top hard drive I had been using was virtually full, and I concluded the extra capacity and flexibility of a NAS was the way to go.

So I installed it today.  It currently gives me 4TB of RAID protected storage, but by adding further disks I can expand that to 12TB of protected storage.  I hope that will keep me going for a while.

I'm just trying to understand how to configure and manage it.
