Y'don't SAY?

Another through-the-window shot I found myself unable to resist. As near as I can tell they're both this year's fledglings - I can state with 100% certainty the Starling is. One day I'll catch a "half-waxed" Starling. As babies they bear very little resemblance to the adult version. NOT that it's at all unusual most sprogs differ from the older ones, very often as a kind of camouflage. What I'd really like to catch is that stage where it looks like a cross twixt what we see now & full adult plumage - very interesting wee birds at that stage.
