A slight abstraction

Thank you to everyone who expressed concern about how I spent the day yesterday.  I can assure you that no harm was done and I've had a lovely peaceful day today, largely reading, cooking and soaking up the sun, with my mind freewheeling the way it does when not on timekeeping duties!

So this is my garden this afternoon.  The alliums are beginning to set seed, the fleshy green cases gradually swallowing up the purple.  Here the sun is just catching them and a tall new spike of Canterbury bells.  I liked its slightly abstract quality in mono.
