Oddities in the garden

Went exploring the local area today, picked up lots of tasty food along the way and sat out in the garden for the evening eating, drinking, chatting. While retrieving second born from an area of the garden he shouldn't be in (snake territory) I noticed a small skeleton and old bell hanging from the tree?! I must ask around and find out if it is some local tradition..
