Party Time

This evening we went to our friend's house to help him celebrate his 80th birthday. He had 60 people visit from 3 pm into the evening. We arrived at about 7 pm and the party was in full swing. This young lady is one of his neighbours who is 6 and was entertaining us by doing handstands.

I just had to take a picture of her as I had originally photographed her when she was just a bump and again when she was almost a year old.

The extra picture is of a small part of our friends beautiful garden with a few more guests enjoying the late evening sunshine. Our friend is a botanist and has many unusual plants.
