Unexpected

Not venturing far from the office at lunchtime because of the imminent rain, I came across a small patch of ground with quite a variety of flowers and insects.

Dropped E and J off to catch the X5 this morning. Ironically, this photo is very near where the X5 used to stop in Cambourne before, presumably, no-one wanted to catch it there. That might in turn be due to the bus stop being on an unpaved patch of grass half way along a dual carriageway...

Sold a toy car on eBay for an unexpected amount of money. A little something towards a new lens - I rather fancy something with a bit more range than the basic 300 zoom this is taken with; I'm thinking 500mm
