Slow Love

I finally had time today to shoot for pleasure. I got the police helicopter and rushed outside and shot as four Apaches flew over. This afternoon I captured insect eggs, spiderlings, crickets, robberflies and damselflies.

My pic is of a shieldbug new to me. I think it is either a wheat bug Eurygaster maura or a tortoise bug Eurygaster testudinaria. The insect on the left is perfectly camouflaged on that grass seed head.
