Rose is in the pink

We are keeping an eye on next doors garden while they are away. Rose is having a heart valve replacement and rang last night to say all went well. So I asked if I could find something in her garden for flower Friday. There was one rose and one snapdragon.
I have been reading a book on macros and closeups and he talks about texture in the background so here is Rose's snapdragon on the back of a serviette.

Another snow showery day but I did get a walk in.
