Dancer

A dancer in two dimensions dreams of the third.  I think this is graffiti on a nearby sidewalk that looks to me like a woman dancer.  However, there is another of these on the sidewalk just across an intersection from this one.  That leads me to wonder whether this might be something other than someone tagging the sidewalk.
