Alien (The Avian Version)

It is Dad's turn on the nest where he sits on the two eggs that have still to hatch. The two young chicks (yesterday's and today's) snuggle down on his back.

Mum returns with a small fishy snack and one of the chicks bursts 'alien-like' from Dad's neck.

An hour and a half later, it was time for a shift change. The most amusing sight was when Dad stood up and shook himself to shake the chicks into the nest before he slipped into the water. Mum then climbed aboard.
