Backyard birdie visitors...

Here is a pic of a male Northern Cardinal and a male House Finch.  I haven't used this feeder in a few years but as my old feeder disintegrated after nearly 40 years of daily use, I missed the platform style of that feeder and felt that the Cardinals, Blue Jays - larger birds - wouldn't use my tubular feeders.  I've found that all birds of all sizes like this open feeder (the Garden Fairy is holding an umbrella - surprisingly this keeps the Sunflower seed dry).
I'm also including an extra of a Black-capped Chickadee, a Grey Catbird, a Chipmunk, and another lovely Tradescantia pic.
