MonoMonday - Angle

This is the centre point of a Neolithic Dolmen that stands undisturbed in the landscaped gardens of my hotel. The central stones set at 90 degree angles represent an ancient temple which is preserved in the grounds of the hotel.

These imposing sanctuaries, erected for the worship of a deity, which has so far defied a generally acceptable definition, constitute the outstanding achievement of the local area Copper Age, and its Megalithic architecture.
