Once more with feeling

As I was going back to the old flat to check for any post (the previous tenant still had more than me!) I thought it best to take the toy camera just in case the jokers across the road were doing anything odd.

Keen followers of this old and sordid series (well ok, just followers) will no doubt be as impressed as I was by the sheer number of bricks that have been stuck up. However I am at a loss to explain why they have been allowed to block off the pavement thus, once again, causing serious traffic problem. I also have no idea what the thing that looks like a ladder was doing sticking out into the street.

I bet you're all wishing I just too another shot of the white wall :-)
