Contradictions

A busy day.

Plenty to be done at my desk.

On a train to Edinburgh at the back of 4 for a meeting at 6. I'd timed it to allow for a Scooby snack at Laila's, conveniently located close to the station and en route to the meeting venue.

A delicious chicken shawarma wrap.   

The meeting was interesting and I caught up with lots of friends from the referendum campaign trail.

The venue was close to the Parliament at Holyrood. A very historic area but with plenty modern civic vandalism development too. I noticed the contradiction between the very old street name and the modern building.
