Puffin partners
A great couple of hours at Bempton Cliffs today. I usually can't get to see the Puffins as they tend to have departed by the school holidays in July but this year I'm here just at the right time.
Still not easy to spot one though but was really lucky to see this pair and get a reasonable shot. In fact I saw around 20 separate birds. Guillemot, Razorbill, Gannet and Kittiwake were a lot more visible, plus a few Fulmar (what beautiful birds).
A fluke photo (see extras) captured a Gannet pilfering a fish from a Guillemot.
