Principal Cleanup

Hurricane Carlos has passed by without much impact to our community. One exception is the various beaches in town. Playa Principal, for example, is full of trash washed up by the waves over the past few days. While it is no where near the level of debris left by Tropical Storm Manuel a couple years ago, but enough to require cleanup crews and trash bags. I bet by tomorrow the line of bags will stretch all the way down the beach. Playa La Ropa is not so fortunate, our beach cleaning is left to the individual hotels and vendors - some areas are picked up almost immediately, others are left for the waves.
