Dragonfly on the hydrangeas

Saw this dragonfly on my hydrangea bushes.

Lots of day lilies and tiger lilies.  Even still gladiola in bloom.  The honey bees are loving the allium in bloom.  My mini gardenia is still making the front doorstep smell wonderful.

The miserable heat continues and so I continue to hibernate in the house with the A/C
