Men on park benches

It's near mid summer although the temperature belies that fact, but it's dry and that's a bonus! People are out and about in our capital in Princes Street Gardens - and not just the tourists. These two are enjoying a smoke - something that just might be banned in open public spaces some day, as well as indoors. In the background is the entrance to the Scott Monument with its 287 steps to the top.
