Sun in the Trees

Painted in open studio today. As usual it was great to be with my painting friends and to share our love of making art. I love those gals! (No men today.)

Helena came by at the end of the day and we did a quick errand and then went home to meet Arvin. We were all hungry so we had an early dinner and then took a long walk in Whatcom Falls Park. What a great park that is. That's where I took this photo of the trees.

When we got back home we watched the final episode of Mad Men that we had taped. What a strange and compelling show that is.
