Little Blue Heron

Moira spotted this little Heron on Lake Seminole as soon as we started to walk the banks.  I was too busy swatting away the mosquitoes on me and her to look for birds!  Unfortunately, I forgot the repellant spray so we had to quickly leave the area. But Moira was not disappointed in our trip.  The playground at this park had her favorite dinosaur….a T-Rex.  She was thrilled to run around playing and climbing on the equipment.  Our last spot to visit at the park was the bench swing facing a small pond.  Over thirty years ago, I would visit this park regularly with my kids during their childhood.  We use to sit and swing together on the same swing.  It brought back many sweet memories!
