bird on lily pad

There are some lovely water lilies on the ponds at work  which I hadn't noticed until recently as I'm usually inside all day and walk to the car park in the opposite direction. 
 I was trying to photograph them with my little compact , which really doesn't have sufficient zoom as these are quite a long way down from the path , when this little bird flew in and sat on one of the lily pads.
