To Sheffield and back

Four girls, three parents, two coaches and one Headmistress travelled to Sheffield today to the National Finals of the Schools' Relay Swimming Champs.  Our Sal was swimming freestyle and mixed stroke relays and Jamie and I went to watch. The girls were amazing. Considering they only got back last night from a school journey and had no time to unpack, let alone rest or train, they did a fantastic job.

They were a stroke away from making the 'A' Final (top ten) but came a very respectable eleventh place overall.  Almost more importantly they broke another school record - a boys' record too - by a whole four seconds!

Unbelievably proud, absolutely exhausted. Well done Sal.
