Planting

18.6C and grey most of the day with some mist/haze. A few light showers in the afternoon. Zephyr.

Maeve the Deerhound was out in the back garden all morning. It wasn't sunny but it was quite warm.

Maeve and I went for our walk after lunch. We went up to the church then continued out along the country road to Scryne. Just after the church there were boxes of plants in the corner of the field and then I saw this tractor going up and down the field planting what appeared to be cabbages. We carried on out the road and turned right at Craigmill farm and went down the track to the shore road.

We came back along the cycle path and round in a long loop, heading into Carnoustie then up the main road before turning along for home. Light rain came on just as we left the cycle path and stayed on all the way round the rest of the walk. We didn't get too wet. I have kept Maeve in this afternoon.
