Willowherb seed head

I realised I hadn't captured a seed head this year yet. We drove back to Holland this morning in sunny weather. That meant I could also take macros in the garden there, plenty of shrubs and flowers and flying critters. And many willowherb  (Epilobium hirsutum) flowers with their intricate seed heads, of which this is an example.

Thanks very much for your lovely comments and stars for yesterday's peony close-up, by this morning the petals were falling.
