Female red-winged blackbird

This is the female of the blackbird I blipped yesterday. Last night, someone, probably a raccoon, stole the bird feeder together with the hook. So the birds were on the ground this morning, not the best place for them considering the cats that are around. Anyway, here is the female and I have added another two shots of her (I hope) and one of the pair and a female cardinal.
Another hot day but it is supposed to cool off into the 80s in a day or two. Who knows whether this will necessitate a storm!
I am glad you all enjoyed the blackbird yesterday. They are pretty impressive. Thank you for all the stars and faves.
