Texan Longhorn

Beth and I have started our five week adventure in Dallas visiting my aunty and family, the Texan welcome has been wonderful and I feel so blessed to have this chance to get to know cousins etc, one of whom I last saw when I was two (the age his little daughter is now)!! 
After an early start this morning we have been to both buon giorno's, to the Texas Longhorn cattle drive, Riskey's bbq (where i had 'brisket' a delicious beef steak thing), and to melt a natural ice cream place and had good play times with zoe (in my extra, she's so friendly), all before 4:30 in the afternoon!
