End of Term

Today was the last sitting day of the current term. From tomorrow until the end of August Parliament is officially in recess.

"In recess" not "on holiday". For most of us all that happens is that the focus shifts : we get a chance to do more in our constituencies .

Our office base changes , not our job. So this is a little "au revoir" to my Holyrood office , not a farewell...!
