Blooming marvellous!

Rounded off an unforgettable week for the family with a trip to the Botanics with Mme A to see the Amorphophallus Titanum in flower. [For reference, the whole thing is over 2.5m tall.] We had to wait a good half hour in an amazingly well-managed queue, but it was well worth it. The only disappointment was that it didn't really smell! Met a good colleague and his wife in the queue and we all spent a pleasant hour or so wandering round the glasshouses.
