Very Large Bird

I think it is a Black Petrel but there is so many different Petrels I can't be 100% sure. The bird kept trying to take the bait while the guys were fishing out to sea and ended up getting itself caught up in the lines. They untangled him and let him go but he wouldn't go away - they ended up giving him some of their fish.
EDIT: Maybe a Sooty Albatross.
