Apremont "Beach"

This is on the River Vie at Apremont. A barage has been used to create a lake to service a Hydo Electric scheme to supplement local electricity supply. Sand is delivered to the side of the lake and provides a very popular and safe resource for both locals and holiday makers. The lake is also a very popular fishing destination.
