Hottest day of the year

How did you spend the hottest day of the year?
 
Well, while the rest of Britain sweltered in 30C+ heatwave, it was just a hot summer day with us in Scotland and I went for a walk in the woods armed with my mobile.
 
There, strolling through the dappled shade I did all my emails, phone calls and general admin. working from my “mobile office” – a smartphone.
 
Sorry if that sounds smug especially if you have been holed up in an office  all day and had  a hot commute to get there.
