Pretty flowers

We are enjoying the neighbours green fingers as their flowers have started overflowing into our garden. It is great - a lovely display for zero effort - hope they can see the product of all their hard work too!

They must have been enjoying all the sun and rain as I don't remember them flourishing so well in previous years.  We certainly managed both torrential rain and glorious sun yesterday so perhaps they like dramatic weather.

It is Sport's Day for Leo on Friday.  He was hoping for a washout as he thinks it is hugely boring thanks to all the hanging around but it looks like he is out of luck.  No more rain for us until evening.  I have become extra weather obsessed thanks to the Dark Sky app I discovered.  It says stuff like rain in 10 minutes, clearing in 20 minutes and so far if hugely accurate - seems like magic to me.
