Open Garden

Our neighbours opened their garden to visitors today, amongst several others in the village, in aid of funds for the local very well respected hospice.  Tony and I decided to have lunch there.   After a stormy night and gloomy start to the day, the sun came out just as the gardens opened so here's hoping they had lots of visitors and made lots of money.

If you look closely you can see Tony's hanging baskets on the side of our house above, which are looking splendid just now (and the elder tree where I get all my birdblips!).
