St Anne's Cathedral

Our flight to Belfast was delayed but as it was scheduled to leave at 7am we still got there very early and had loads of time to explore before checking in to our hotel.

This beautiful cathedral has a huge spike in it called the Spire of Hope. It can be seen in my extra photo and continues on inside the church. Bit scary if you ask me! They had it roped off so you couldn't stand under it, probably just as well really although I am sure it is very secure..

A nice day but a very long one with our early start!
