Red Rose...a bit late for Flower Friday

Out for lunch with an old work colleague and absolutely nowhere to take any decent photos...ended up heading over to Dobbies to take some flower photos...a bit late for Flower Friday and so not suitable for Mono Monday (winter in the middle of summer here?) as I guess it must be winter somewhere on the planet!
Lunch was a nice good old chin wag and catch up with a lady I loved working with who has also left the department I retired from 3 years ago...she's heading for pastures new and I do hope we get to catch up soon...
