Rehearsals

I'm a physical wreck/zombie after a week and a half of rehearsals/performances at the Minack theatre. So this weekend I haven't gone far from the Cricket and F1 on TV until tonight when I've had a dance/singing rehearsal with a different choir.

I can confirm that My knees still hurt, and I hate all things with stairs !!!
