Rays of Hope

Today looked as if it was starting as a washout, and the drenching I had a lunchtime, combined with a thunderstorm seemed to underline that.  But the sun came out in the afternoon, so I was able to take this shot of the war memorial with the rays of the sun. 

Its a good metaphor. I felt more relaxed this morning.
