Veggies for Lunch

What do you do when you want to eat veggies for lunch but are in a building with only a hot-water maker?

Well, you buy a small package of pre-cut veggies and some Ramen-style noodles. You put the veggies in a bowl and pour in hot water, cover, and let sit for about 5 minutes. Then you pour out the water, add the noodles and seasonings, and add more hot water. Cover again for another 5 minutes. Now your lunch is ready!

Life in Thailand has taught me to be resourceful, and I'm grateful for it. :)
