And then it rained...

The plan was to work in the garden today until 12:30 pm, come rain, hail or shine, so I did. I went just a touch over the time I had planned, coming in for lunch at just after 1 pm, having finished the mulching and planting to the point I had intended.

Did I say come rain, hail or shine? It didn't hail, thankfully; I haven't seen the sun all day; and it did rain, but I persisted, and now my newly planted flowers have had a good soaking of natural water as well.

Little Miss Tibbs (in extras) followed me along the garden bed as I worked away, and her brother Sammy wasn't too far away either. Both cats deserted me though when the rain started to fall. :)
