Gringotts

Think this might just have the edge on the Grangemouth flamethrowers we're used to back home.

It's like some weird religious ceremony at this point down Diagon Alley - hundreds of folk standing still with arms raised to the sky*, waiting on the dragon to rumble, belch, fart then fire flames out over their heads. Rinse and repeat ad infinitum.

A later visit to the park today, in the hope that some of the queues lines would be shorter. Some were, some weren't, and the line for the new Escape from Gringotts that showed '20 minutes' took at least an hour to wind through (impressive structure to wind through though), not helped by constant technical glitches. The Harry Potter fans in our group were well impressed by the time we exited through the gift shop.

Chucked around on some of the big 'coasters either side of that but still not able to satisfy the Minion addicts amongst us as there was still a sixty minute wait for that at closing time.

After all that I'm buggered if I'm doing anything too strenuous today, so watching the tennis for a bit before heading to the pool to do hee-haw. No lines down at the bar there as far as I can see.

*Extra photo added to show the congregation.
