Devil Cat!

This cat lives in our street and we usually see it most mornings as we set off on our walk.   It is very inquisitive about Holly (they are very similar in colour) and walks on the wall besides us and sometimes follows us quite a way.

I have taken photos of it before but have not gotten quite close enough.   Today however, it cut through across a garden as we rounded the corner and lay in wait for us.   As you can see it clearly wanted to play.

Holly is always very curious about cats, if they don't run she is alright, but the minute they set off, she follows in hot pursuit until they stop and confront her and then she 'screams' and runs away, although no contact has been made!

You will notice the eyes on the cat which are a red/orange colour, very dark and strange.   The camera is not lying!

I do not know what type it is but it appears to be a lovely gently cat but who knows with those eyes, it may just be lulling us into a false sense of security!

On another note we have had to replace the ceiling fan in our bedroom so got one with a remote control (another one to lose somewhere!).   There is a sensor which has to be attached to the ceiling but it won't stay up, so you can imagine the language in our house.   Finally trying No Nails!
