Oasis of Calm...

There's a little French lady who stops by the house every morning in her van, with the most delicious freshly baked French bread, croissants, pain au chocolat and she toot toots to alert us she's here.  David has nicknamed her Femme de Pain :-)

We haven't wandered anywhere today other than the garden as Alan's not been feeling great.  His colitis has flared up so he's in a bit of pain although he's still in good spirits.  Sadly, until we get it under control, he's not able to get into the pool.  It makes me so sad to see his disappointed wee face.  I just hope we can get him well enough to get back in the pool before we go home.

Ele and Kenny dropped Marion off at La Rochelle airport and picked up Ed.  They've just returned so I better go and say hello.

PS Today's shot is the hammock by the pool.  A lovely shady nook.  Only the younger members of our party have been brave enough to attempt to get in the hammock, with varying degrees of success!  :D
