A very large orchid

I went on a visit to Aylesbeare Common where the local RSPC warden was talking about this special Pebblebed Heathland environment.  During the morning's visit we came across this very tall orchid which I think maybe a variant of the Common Spotted Orchid.  It was certainly a magnificent site.  We also saw several other smaller pink orchids and some insectivorous plants, sun dews, that were flowering in a dried out spot. See extra photo.  The heather is also beginning to flower so its all looking very attractive.  We also saw many butterflies and dragon flies along with a very large Emperor Moth caterpillar.
