Before and after

I do wish that blipfoto enabled "Smell-o-vision" as you wouldn't believe the aromas that are wafting through the house at the moment. Maisie has a bake sale tomorrow so her and her big sis Beth have taken over the kitchen and are producing the most delectable treats.
Both are excellent bakers and it is going to be extremely hard to resist, although I am on the Slimming World diet and doing quite well.
I suggested to Maisie that if she shook the cookies then the Syns would fall out, but she wasn't convinced!
This after a day spent working on the deli counter next to where they were cooking pizzas. Life can be so cruel to the overweight!
