More "Noises off".

All manner of strange noises rent the air. At intervals a noise like a hand-wind Siren would sound. We'd hear what one of Lilian Beckwith's characters referred to as a "Loud Halo". So I finally did a spot of nosing over the fence, in time to see dirigible Javelins being hurled mightily.
Since it's not an Olympic year and it is around end of term I presumed it was the School sports.
So much for "no competition" and keep them all the same. They had four "Houses" as we did in secondary education with winners - individual and hose, announced.
What I wasn't so sure about was the international flavour. (See "Extra photos")
