The Auld Brig ...

... Over the Forth in Stirling was built in 1415 to replace the original wooden bridge.  Back at the allotments tonight to do some watering for a friend who has entrusted her rapidly ripening crops to Cameraman.  Came away with lots of lovely strawberries and gooseberries.  The latter are now in the oven having been turned into a crumble.  The walk there takes us over the river via the Auld Brig
