Allotmenteering

Cameraman is looking after a friend's allotment while she's on holiday. In the main this means watering the polytunnel and harvesting strawberries, gooseberries and anything else that's ripening in her absence.  As it was a non work day for me I walked round to the allotments this morning.  They were surprisingly quiet.  Some of them are lovely, a few others a bit derelict.  The majority look very productive. See extra picture.  

I saw the artichoke and ladybird but it wasn't till I cropped the picture that I saw the other insect  coming over the artichoke horizon.
