Fun on Nairn Beach

A lovely sunny day.

The weather improved greatly on yesterday so went to Nairn beach which is on the Moray Firth not far from Inverness. Katie and Sophie, our grandchildren,  and the adults had a great time making sand sculptures.

It was a delight after yesterdays rain to feel the warmth of the sun. The extra photo shows a line of cottages just over the sand dunes - how nice to pop out and run down to the beach.
